# Polymer Tutorial

> Compose local BRIK64 candidates.

Generate starter PCDs only when the installed CLI supports generation:

`brik64 pcd generate order-risk` is not included in the public beta command surface unless `brik64 help` lists it in the installed package.

Create local candidate records:

```bash theme={null}
brik64 certify path/to/program.pcd
```

Compose only when the installed CLI supports polymerization:

`brik64 polymerize` is not included in the public beta command surface unless `brik64 help` lists it in the installed package.

The Polymer candidate inherits the evidence limits of its dependencies.
